WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
We have assignments available to help our Property & Casualty Insurance Carrier clients in Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions. Responsibilities may include:
- Oversee all STAT and GAAP financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements and disclosures.
- Lead regulatory compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable insurance regulations, statutory requirements, and reporting standards.
- Develop and execute the organization’s reinsurance strategy, including evaluating structures, managing relationships and supporting effective risk and capital management.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, audit, and governance frameworks to enhance financial integrity, operational effectiveness, and organizational oversight.
- Drive modernization of existing platforms and processes, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities.

TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Property & Casualty (P&C) carrier accounting operations experience with strong background in GAAP & STAT reporting
