What You'll Do
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Design and present employee benefit solutions including:
Group Health Insurance
Dental & Vision Insurance
Group Life Insurance
Disability Insurance
Voluntary Benefits
Medicare solutions when appropriate
Conduct annual client reviews and provide exceptional ongoing service.
Work closely with our internal service team to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.

Ohio Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
